I, Brandon Brown, founder of Legacy Brand Guud Krma, am committed to producing high-quality art and maintaining a  transparent and professional relationship with my friends, clients, collaborators, and the media. The Disclosure Statement outlines my policies and stance on various aspects of my art business.

 All artworks created by me are original pieces, produced with the highest standards of creativity, craftsmanship, and integrity. I take pride in ensuring that each piece reflects my artistic vision and commitment to excellence.

I am open to commissioned work and welcome opportunities to create personalized art for my clients. Each commission agreement will be documented in a formal contract, detailing the scope of work, payment terms, deadlines, and any specific requirements. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any commissioned project.

Collaborations with other artists, designers, and businesses are valued and approached with mutual respect and clear communication. Collaborative projects will be governed by a formal agreement outlining the roles, responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and financial arrangements of all parties involved.

 For any art-related projects, I ensure clarity and transparency in all communications and agreements. Project terms, including timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules, will be clearly defined and agreed upon by all parties before commencement.

 I appreciate media interest in my work and am open to interviews, podcasts, and press releases. All media engagements will be subject to a Media Engagement Agreement to ensure accurate representation and mutual respect. I retain the right to review and approve any content before publication or broadcast.

I respect the confidentiality and privacy of my friends, clients, collaborators, and media partners. Any sensitive information shared during the course of our interactions will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the intended purpose.
